All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Occasionally, delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems may occur. We aim to minimize these delays and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Duties and Tariffs

Products shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and tariffs. Customs or the carrier will contact the customer once the shipment arrives in the destination country, and the customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties and tariffs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for Standard Shipping, 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for Express Shipping, or 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for International Shipping, please contact us at customercare@versineskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipments to P.O. boxes do not qualify for the Express shipping option and must use the Standard shipping option.
